On the inside the 7-seater SUV continues with the standard features offered on the regular version but adds a reverse-parking camera to the list.

The vehicle also gets a dual-zone climate control, a keyless entry system, and an 8-speaker 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system (with Bluetooth, USB, and Aux connectivity). On the safety front, the vehicle gets its set of driver aids like ABS, traction control, hill descent and start assists, cruise control, dual airbags for the front occupants, and curtain airbags, too.

The Chevrolet Captiva introduces the new Chevrolet MyLink, our exclusive infotainment system which allows you to stream your favorite songs, get directions and access your contacts simply by connecting your smartphone via USB or Bluetooth.

Available only in the top-spec LTZ trim, the Captiva SVP (Sport Edition) is offered with two engine options: a 2.4-litre petrol and a 2-litre diesel. The former makes a maximum power of 167 hp @ 5,600 rpm and max torque of 230 Nm @ 4,600 rpm. The diesel is torquier with 400 Nm @ 2,000 rpm but boasts almost identical power figure of 163 hp @ 3,800 rpm. Both engines are mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox, which sends power to all four wheels (AWD).

Our diesel offerings won’t disappoint either. Our new turbo-charged 2.0 L unit is available in two power outputs of 163 hp.
